It has been so long since I made some. The first time I made them, I realized that internet recipes can also turn out successful.haha ;) I loved making them since. The first one I made was plain.
I also made them as Christmas gifts to my friends. At that time, the custard was faintly flavored with strawberry.haha. I failed only once when I placed an extra egg on the shell mix.haha :)
this latest batch are cinnamon crusted creampuff shells with strawberry cinnamon custard filling. dusted with icing sugar on top :)
